One-Year Warranty – Built to Last

That’s why we offer a One-Year Warranty from the date of purchase for products used under normal conditions. We’ve got you covered for any material defects or manufacturing issues, including faults in rivets, locks, zippers, and other hardware components.

What's Covered?

Manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials
Hardware failures (e.g., zippers, buckles, locks, rivets)
Stitching defects or structural integrity issues caused during production

Whats Not Covered

We want to be upfront and transparent. While our products are made to age beautifully, certain types of damage or wear are not covered by our warranty. These include, but are not limited to:

Natural Wear and Tear: Patina development, surface scuffs, or color changes that come with everyday use.
Accidental Damage: Tears, punctures, or cracks from drops or crushing.
Improper Care: Damage due to exposure to water, sunlight, chemicals, or failure to condition the leather.
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Repairs not performed by Rustic Town or its approved partners.
Damage from Natural Disasters: Fire, flood, or other external events outside your control.
Misuse or Overloading: Using the product beyond its intended purpose or applying excessive force.
Loss or Theft: Unfortunately, we cannot replace items that have been lost or stolen.
